How does it work?
Our Comprehensive NCLEX Course comes with a Pass Guarantee. If you attend all our lectures and successfully pass the assigned practice tests with a 56% or higher, we promise you a passing grade on your state NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN exam, or we'll issue a full refund.
Just send us an email with your full name (which matches the name and email address used for your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org) and your proof of failure (scan or photo of the legal document) within 30 days from the day of your state exam.
What happens next
Once this has been confirmed, we'll issue a refund. You'll receive a separate email confirmation.
Educator Refund Policy
Cancellation of Lessons by Client/Student:
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons not attended by the student without giving 24 hours prior notice to the Educator shall be charged at the full rate.
Students who are not present at the pre-determined location when Educator arrives or who are more than 15 minutes late are considered no-shows. If the Student is a no-show, he or she is still responsible for payment for the course session. No discount or refunds shall be given in respect of lessons not attended by the Student.
Cancellation of Lessons by Educator:
The Educator may cancel lessons by giving 24 hours prior notice to the Client/Student in which case no fees shall be incurred. Where a lesson was pre-paid, the Educator shall reschedule the appointment at a time agreeable to both parties, failing which the Client/Student shall be refunded with such a missed lesson fee.
In the event of inclement weather (snow, sleet, hail, flooding, tornado, hurricane, severe thunderstorm, raining cats and dogs) the decision to continue services will be at the discretion of the Client/Student and the Educator as to whether or not a lesson will be held. All clients have the option to use online teaching as an option in lieu of cancellation due to inclement weather. The Educator shall reschedule the appointment at a time agreeable to both parties, should lessons be cancelled due to inclement weather.
Refund requests, including, but not limited to, those made by Students who cannot attend or use services, regardless of the student’s reason(s), and regardless of whether the Student provides us with advance notice, will not be honored. Should you choose to cancel after attending your first session, you will be billed for the remaining amount of the NCLEX Comprehensive Review Courses. Exceptions may be made only in cases in which a Student cannot attend due to serious illness or the death of an immediate member of the Student’s family. In these cases, official documentation may be required.
Shop Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
